When will my order ship?

Big News From Milano Di Rouge

As you may know, Milano Di Rouge is experiencing a wonderful growth spurt thanks to all of our Mobbers!

 

At this time we are currently transitioning into a larger fulfilment center. We offer our deepest apologies for any delays in orders during this transition.

 

The MDR team is working around the clock to get orders sent out in a timely manner. Please note that your tracking information will be sent in a separate email once it becomes available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Milano Di Rouge, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

I need another size.  Can I get an exchange?

ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

We will allow an exchange for another size as long as the item is still in new condition. A request for an exchange must be made within 48hrs after the package is received. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.

Include the original invoice, contact number, and the item information (such as the size) that you would like to do the exchange for. After we have received the package, we will process the exchange and have the exchanged item sent out to you.

 

Backorders

Popular items may sell out quickly and will be temporarily on backorder. This means that the items are currently out of stock but will soon be restocked in our warehouse.

Ordering an item that is currently on backorder is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory, and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!

The back ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order which they were placed. You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped.

What payment options are available?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I carry Milano Di Rouge in my store?
Please send an email to MILANODIROUGE@GMAIL.COM with the following information regarding your store:

Name of the store
Address and phone number
Brands the store currently carries
Proof of store (Photographs of the store exterior and interior)

We do not sell to stores that are not open. You must have an existing store that is currently open for business.

Special Care Required
Keep your Milano Di Rouge garments looking great wash after wash.

  • Turn garment inside-out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle
  • Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
  • To prevent shrinkage and maintain vibrancy, tumble dry on low heat setting.
  • If possible, avoid drying your screen printed garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can damage the screen printing.  Instead, air dry the shirts to retain the imprinting.
  • Lay flat and drip dry for supreme preservation and a long life.
  • Love unconditionally and wear it like you mean it!

All internships are unpaid.
Internships take place in Philadelphia, PA, therefore, you must live in or near Philadelphia to qualify.
