I also understand that if I purchase the Surify Shipping Warranty, I must submit an official police report to Milano Di Rouge's Support Department(tickets@milanodirouge.com) for lost or stolen packages that have been labeled as “Delivered.” Lastly, I understand that this report must be submitted within 5 days of the package being notified as "Delivered."
