Going out every weekend with your boys can be more stressful than relaxing. Heavy drinking is also not good for your body. Instead of hitting the town, invite your buddies over for a night of 2K or Madden. 

Get Some Rest

If there is any extra time in your day, opt for a quick 20-minute power nap. Studies show that a quick napping session can boost your mood, increase productivity, and even boost your libido *wink*.
